From 15.01. to 17.01.2025, we successfully secured the state visit of Angolan President João Lourenço to Paris. During the three-day visit, important talks took place between President Lourenço and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace. One focus of the discussions was the conflict in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with Angola’s role as mediator and the revival of the Luanda peace process taking center stage.
Our team ensured the highest security standards for the Angolan president and his delegation. We used our state-of-the-art armored limousines, which are specially designed for the protection of heads of state. These vehicles, similar to those used for French President Macron, offer maximum protection with centimeter-thick bulletproof glass and doors and hoods reinforced with steel, carbon and Kevlar.
Throughout the visit, we coordinated closely with the French security authorities to ensure seamless security. Our bodyguards accompanied President Lourenço at all official appointments, including the visit to the Angola-France Economic Forum on the second day of the state visit.
